Using beautiful vegan coconut yoghurt as a base, add 2 teaspoons of psyllium husk, a handful of mixed berries. mix thoroughly and top with shavings, shreds or chunks of our incredible Swiss chocolate range.
Take this magical mix one hour or after any other food or drink.
Try to think about it like a detox mask for your skin except it's for your whole digestive tract to cool, reduce inflammation, heal, nourish and protect.
This recipe is a very high in prebiotic fibres that fuel healthy gut bacterial growth, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory qualities.

Seal properly and stores for 5 days in the fridge.
2 squares of Gutsii Prebiotic Sexy Dark Swiss Chocolate - flavour of your choice.
5 tablespoons of Coconut Youghurt (or cashew, almond etc)
2 teaspoons Psyllium Husk
Berries - amount and type of your preference.
1. Mix the psyllium husk into the youghurt.
2. Add berries to the mix.
3. Add chocolate via shavings, shreds or crumbles.
1 hour away from any other food an beverages, up to times a day.
***Increasing your fibre intake can cause temporary bloating and gas - this is your healthy gut bacteria going to town on the prebiotic fibres in the chocolate and psyllium - they produce waste from eating that good stuff and it is in the form of gas.
